Job Overview

TD is expanding its Mobile Mortgage Sales Force and is seeking proven sales professionals for the Mobile Mortgage Specialist role. The position involves developing and maintaining client relationships, targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners and other centers of influence, and driving mortgage sales in a versatile work environment.

Responsibilities
Target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners and other centers of influence.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Use the sales management system to manage activities and achieve goals.
Attend targeted sales training and credit knowledge workshops.
Collaborate with the Senior District Sales Manager for coaching and joint sales calls.
Provide one‑on‑one coaching and support for sales performance.

Qualifications




Proven sales track record in mortgage or related financial product sales.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills.
Self‑starter, independent and self‑managed professional.
Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication preferred.
Post‑secondary education preferred.
Japanese language skills considered an asset (not required).
