Key Responsibilities:
• Lead SAT and ADDIE application across series training scopes
• Partner with stakeholders to assess training needs and risks
• Develop and refine technical training materials and content




• Maintain schedules and resource plans for training delivery
• Support cross-functional collaboration with diverse teams
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or technical diploma
• Experience in construction or coordination settings
• Knowledge of CANDU reactor refurbishment preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Canva
• Solid leadership and problem-solving skills
