Robust client service and communication skills, with the ability to explain insurance concepts clearly and professionally.
Proficiency with computers and office software,

Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy when preparing documents, processing policies, and maintaining client records.
