A growing construction company is seeking a Health and Safety Coordinator to support their active construction projects in Ontario. The Role

The Health and Safety Coordinator will play a key role in supporting and strengthening the company’s health and safety culture across active construction sites. This hands-on position is suited to a construction safety professional who is interested in managing day-to-day site safety requirements while also contributing to broader program development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards, ensure compliance, and proactively address issues.
Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of the company’s Health and Safety Program.
Ensure safety documentation,



inspections, and corrective actions are completed, tracked, and organized.
Assist in developing, updating, and implementing health and safety policies, procedures, and training materials.
Participate in incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
Monitor site conditions, worker safety performance, and adherence to provincial legislation.
Support reporting, trend analysis, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
3+ years of construction health and safety experience.
Health and safety certifications such as NCSO, CRSP, or CSP are considered strong assets.
Experience supporting or contributing to corporate health and safety programs.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
