The Role

As a Senior Estimator, you'll lead the preparation of competitive estimates for complex construction projects, working closely with operations, consultants, trades, and clients throughout the preconstruction process.

Responsibilities:
Prepare conceptual, design-development, and tender estimates
Complete quantity take-offs and cost analyses
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
Participate in value engineering and risk assessments
Support proposal submissions and project pursuits




Mentor junior estimating team members

Qualifications:
8+ years of estimating experience with a general contractor
Experience pricing commercial, multifamily, or mixed-use projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, costs, and procurement
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
