You will report directly to the Engineering Manager, taking charge of APQP and ECR/ECN processes to drive improvements in manufacturing cycles. Your expertise in CNC technology will be critical in developing recent processes and supporting operations in troubleshooting. With your strong problem-solving skills, you'll work cross-departmentally to implement corrective actions that address quality concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead product and process development for manufacturing
• Develop CNC programs and select appropriate tooling
• Support recent business prospects through quoting
• Coordinate investigations into product quality issues
• Drive automation opportunities through effective procurement
Requirements:
• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent
• 5+ years in a relevant engineering role
• Deep knowledge of CNC processes and tooling
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and Lean Manufacturing
• Familiarity with project management and ISO standards
