Seeking a Senior Distribution Center Manager to oversee a network of 7 distribution centers through a team of DC Managers and site leadership teams. Reporting to the Director of Distribution, this role is responsible for driving operational excellence, safety, service, quality, and continuous improvement across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Distribution Center Managers across 7 locations.
- Oversee distribution operations including fulfillment, inventory, shipping, and receiving.
- Drive safety, quality, productivity, and service metrics.
- Manage budgets and support P&L; objectives.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient distribution operations.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree.
- Multi-site distribution leadership experience.
- Experience managing remote locations and leadership teams.
- Solid distribution center operations background.
- Budget ownership and P&L; exposure.
- WMS experience.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to travel 20–30% across Canada.

- SAP EWM experience.
- SAP TM experience.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.
