Our client, a well-established employer in Canada, is seeking a .Net Technical Lead to work on critical applications and drive the enablement of high-performing development teams.

This is a hands-on role and will work on fullstack software development in a fast-paced environment and microservice architecture. The ideal candidate is passionate about mentoring teams, raising technical standards, and helping organizations deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions.

This is a full-time, remote position - must work EST times.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead the design and implementation of features using .NET Core and C#




- Work on front-end development using Angular 14+
- Establish coding standards and development best practices across teams
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide solutions
- Mentor developers on microservices, containerization, and DevOps approaches
- Work on migration of services to Kubernetes
- Stay current with advancements in .NET, Angular, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms

What You’ll Bring:

- 8+ years of experience in software development with .Net stack
- Strong expertise in Azure and microservices architecture
- Robust hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Comfortable working in a fullstack profile with Angular on front end.
