We are on the lookout for a Legal Counsel who brings 3–5 years of experience in construction law to our in-house team. Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and draft construction contracts with CCDC forms • Provide legal guidance on contract administration and claims • Support data centre projects from land acquisition to operations • Address commercial contracts and compliance reviews • Collaborate with leadership on significant legal matters
Requirements: • 3–5 years post-call member of the Law Society of Ontario • Solid background in construction law principles • Exceptional drafting and negotiation abilities • A team-oriented and pragmatic mindset • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
