Kick-Ass Overview

As a member of the Client Management team, you will focus on execution of multiple, SMB-size and, often, simultaneous projects.



This role will work closely with the qualified services team to delivery on solution areas such as cloud and data center migrations/transformation, end user productivity (Windows 10, Office 365, Teams, etc.), and Cyber Security offerings.

As a PM, you will be accountable for:
Managing multiple small to mid-size projects concurrently.
Ensuring client expectations are clearly translated to the delivery team, actioned and documented.
Being the single point of contact for current project engagements.
Setting up and conducting a regular cadence for client check-in meetings, status calls and reporting.
Creating and rolling out project plans.
Ensuring 100% success rate for scope of work in a statement of work.

Qualifications for Success
Skilled at projects ranging from 5 to 50 days of technical delivery effort.
Have MCSA, MCP, MCSE, MCSD certifications (current or expired).
Excellent public speaking and client engagement skills.
Excellent business level written communication skills.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools.

Nice to have
PMP or similar certification.
MCP.
ITIL.
