Must Have's:

- 8+ years experience with the following as a Business Analyst with experience with the following:
- Experience with Agile , Scrum methodologiesand/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficient in conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and brainstorming workshops for large web-based applications and data analytics solutions.
- Skilled in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, use cases, and user stories.
- Demonstrated experience working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in a large project setting
- Writes user stories using standard formats
- Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), MS Teams, Azure DevOps.
