Your responsibilities include supervising floorset execution, monitoring KPIs, and driving sales through effective coaching and feedback. You'll ensure the store is well-stocked and aligned with brand standards, all while maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor.

Requirements:
• 1+ years of retail leadership or customer service experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Proven problem-solving skills in a retail setting
