Project Scheduler – Wastewater Treatment Plants
Salary: $120,000–$150,000
Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support the planning and delivery of wastewater treatment plant projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented construction qualified who understands complex infrastructure work, project sequencing, critical path scheduling, and coordination across multiple disciplines.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting water, wastewater, civil infrastructure, or ICI construction projects and can work closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and ownership to keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules for wastewater treatment plant projects
Track critical path activities, milestones, delays, and schedule impacts
Work closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, trades, and subcontractors
Support lookahead schedules, progress reporting, and project coordination meetings
Identify schedule risks and recommend recovery strategies
Ensure schedules align with project phasing, procurement, commissioning, and client requirements
Qualifications
Scheduling experience within construction, civil infrastructure, water/wastewater, or ICI projects
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, phasing, and critical path scheduling
Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar platforms
Ability to interpret drawings, project documents, and construction schedules
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Experience with wastewater treatment plant projects is a solid asset
