Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct needs analysis for key account customers
• Explain complex billing information to customers




• Prepare usage and load profiling reports
• Initiate power reliability investigations for outages
• Perform customer site visits to align utility expectations
Requirements:
• C. Tech. or Technologist certificate mandatory
• Minimum four years related experience required
• Valid G driver’s license essential
• Strong MS Office skills, especially in Word and Excel
• Knowledge of meter installations and CC&B; is an asset
