As a Principal Software Engineer at PDW, you'll provide technical leadership while collaborating closely with stakeholders across Product, Design, and Engineering. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical discussions and design reviews
• Architect and deliver large-scale software systems
• Mentor engineers to develop software plans
• Optimize code paths and address security vulnerabilities
• Support deployments and live debugging in the field
Requirements:
• Expert-level C++ software development experience
• 10+ years in software development, 2+ in leadership
• Experience with embedded Linux, Android, and Qt
• Robust communication skills for stakeholder engagement
