About the job
Engage in statistical analysis, work alongside justice sector stakeholders on data requests and reporting, and bring your creative ideas to life to enhance data provisioning. You will have the opportunity to learn about court data and contribute to reports that are publicly posted on the websites of the Courts of Justice of Ontario.
In this role, you will:
lead the design and development of statistical reports and related process improvement tools
extract and manipulate data for requests
design and deploy tools and processes to ensure data integrity
create content for strategic planning, submissions, and presentations
set objectives and metrics for continuous process improvement
develop critical stakeholder relationships through consultations and solutions development
What you bring to the team
Specialized knowledge:
You have:
experience with statistical analysis and research methods
understanding of key performance indicators, measurement, and risk assessment
used computer applications to create databases and track data
ability to support data-based decision making in operations
Communication and interpersonal skills:
You have:
oral and written communication skills to manage business relations and advise clients
experience preparing transparent reports and presentations for non-specialists
ability to lead consultations with stakeholders
You have:
led research projects and developed models and tools
planning and organization skills to direct multiple projects and coordinate with clients and partners
