In this role, you will assess and address patients' dietary needs collaboratively with healthcare teams. Your efforts will include developing care plans, evaluating their effectiveness, and providing educational support to various health specialists. You will contribute to improving clinical practices while advocating for the essential role of nutrition in health care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients and determine appropriate nutrition interventions
• Develop, implement, and document nutrition care plans
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify plans as necessary




• Collaborate with the team on dietary education programs
• Participate in clinical research and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition plus internship completion
• Registration with BC’s College of Health and Care Professionals
• Valid BC Driver’s License and vehicle access
• Solid skills in communication and team collaboration
• Ability to maintain physical requirements of the role
