Print & Digital Producer (Contract) — Toronto

Pay: $40–65/hr, depending on overall experience

My client, a major global marketing and advertising network, is looking for a seasoned Producer to support a Senior Producer on one of their flagship accounts. This is a 1-month full time hybrid (2 days/week onsite) contract in Toronto starting as soon as possible, with a robust possibility of extension.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who knows print inside and out — prepress, proofing, vendor management, OOH, retail and POS — and can also run digital deliverables like banners, social assets, and versioning. Print is the priority; digital is a close second; motion is a bonus, not a requirement.

The right person is a true production taskmaster: comfortable working high and low, happy to be the operational engine behind a Senior Producer, and able to keep multiple workstreams moving without needing to own the spotlight. You've spent your career in agencies, you know what a press check looks like, and you chase down loose ends before anyone asks.



Experience on financial services accounts is a solid plus — you'll already know how to move work through legal and compliance reviews without losing pace.

What you'll be doing:
Running day-to-day production across print and digital deliverables on a major account
Managing print vendors, timelines, proofs, and press approvals end to end
Coordinating digital asset production and delivery alongside print workstreams
Keeping the Senior Producer ahead of issues instead of surprised by them

What we're looking for:
8+ years of agency production experience with a Producer, Print Producer, Integrated Producer, Production Manager, or Studio Producer title
Deep print production craft: prepress, color proofing, print vendor management, large-format/OOH, retail/POS
Working digital production experience (banners, social, asset versioning)
Available to start immediately
Financial services account experience an asset

This is not a project management role — we're not looking for scrum masters or process leads. We're looking for a producer who makes work happen.
