We’re a growing, relationship-driven insurance brokerage looking for a RIBO-licensed Personal Lines professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service and building long-term trust.

What You’ll Be Doing
Provide exceptional day‑to‑day customer service to clients.
Handle renewals, remarkets, and policy changes with a focus on retention
Provide coverage advice tailored to client needs
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Maintain solid relationships with insurers and underwriters
Support producers and collaborate across the team
Ensure timely follow-ups on client requests, endorsements, and submissions

What You Bring
Active RIBO license (in positive standing)
2+ years of personal lines experience (brokerage preferred)
Strong knowledge of home and auto policies
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A client-first mindset with robust communication skills
Experience with BMS system PowerBroker an asset

Compensation & Perks
$56,000 – $75,000 salary
