Additionally, you'll handle payroll, assist with legal governance, and maintain investor relations to promote robust communication and transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee cash flow and maintain accurate accounting
• Build and analyze budgets and financial forecasts




• Manage tax compliance including GST and US taxation
• Coordinate payroll and employee advantage adjustments
• Prepare AGM materials and manage cap table
Requirements:
• CPA designation is preferred, with over 5 years of experience
• Robust accounting skills and ability to prepare statements
• Knowledge of Canadian and US tax regulations
• 5 to 10 years of progressive finance leadership
