Ottawa’s restoration industry is exceptionally busy following the recent flooding, and we’re partnering with an established property-restoration company that needs an experienced Project Manager who can hit the ground running.

Our client is looking for someone who understands insurance restoration and can confidently take ownership of multiple active files.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing water, flood, fire and other insured-loss projects

• Coordinating customers, adjusters, trades and internal teams

• Developing scopes and overseeing project budgets and schedules

• Managing multiple active files simultaneously

• Taking ownership of each project through final completion

What we’re looking for:

• At least one year of Restoration Project Manager experience

• Direct experience with insurance-related restoration work





• Knowledge of the insurance claims and approval process

• Solid construction, scoping and project-management skills

• Confidence communicating with customers and adjusters

• Someone organized, adaptable and comfortable in a rapid-moving environment

The team is young, energetic and collaborative. The pace is busy and occasionally chaotic, so this role will suit someone who can bring structure, make decisions and keep projects moving without needing constant direction.

Compensation:

• $75,000–$85,000 base salary

• Performance bonus—strong PMs typically earn an additional $25,000–$30,000 annually

• $500 monthly car allowance

• $300 monthly gas card

• Advantages paid 85% by the employer
