for:
Modernizing, optimizing, and streamlining the procurement and purchasing func
tions.Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and public sector best prac
tices.Reviewing, developing, and analyzing internal controls, purchasing policies, and procurement proce
dures.Working closely with legal counsel regarding contract negotiations, procurement workflows, and risk manag

ement.

t have:
Fluently bilingual in both French and
English10 years of experience in simi
lar roleProfessional Designation: Recognized certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., SCMP, CPSM, or equi
valent).Public Sector Experience: Extensive procurement background within the Ontario public or broader public sector, including robust familiarity with public tendering pr




ocesses.Industry Asset: Prior experience working within Ontario's higher education sector (universities or colleges) is a significant ad

vantage.
