About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to support our Office and Capital Markets teams in Montreal. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting brokers with day-to-day administrative activities
Preparing presentations, reports, and transaction documentation
Assisting with marketing initiatives and CRM management




Coordinating transactions and maintaining accurate records
Conducting market research and supporting business development efforts

Qualifications
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a quick-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Salesforce, , CoStar, and other sales and marketing tools, as required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
