Qualifications:

• P.Eng. designation with 15+ years of mineral processing and process engineering experience

• Robust expertise in lithium processing, hydrometallurgy, and feasibility studies (Scoping, PFS & BFS)

• Experience across gold, base metals, or critical minerals within an EPCM or mining environment

• Operational and/or commissioning experience with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach

• Team-oriented leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys mentoring engineers and wearing multiple hats in a growing organization
