Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and mentor HD Mechanics in repair tasks
• Diagnose and repair heavy duty construction equipment
• Conduct scheduled maintenance and road test vehicles
• Coach apprentices and junior mechanics effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work garage
Requirements:
• Valid 421A or 310T Heavy Duty Mechanic certification
• 5+ years of experience as a licensed mechanic
• Experience working on construction equipment is mandatory
• Robust diagnostics skills across various systems
• Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues
