Your expertise will be crucial in facilitating kaizen events, conducting root-cause analysis, and mentoring engineers on continuous improvement methodologies. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead kaizen events: setup, standard work, error-proofing
• Conduct value stream mapping and develop improvement roadmaps




• Design and document standard work procedures

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in industrial engineering or related field
