Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a multidisciplinary team of business analysts and technical experts
• Oversee operational pipelines and project management initiatives

• Collaborate on system enhancements and oversee change management
• Facilitate user support and training while ensuring excellence
Requirements:
• University degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Five years in leadership roles with large scale systems
• Advanced knowledge of HR and Finance systems, especially Workday
• Proven skills in building partnerships with stakeholders
• Bilingualism in French and English
