Overview We are seeking a energetic and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and implement strategic initiatives to boost sales and profitability. Duties

- Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies
- Recruit, train, and develop staff through effective onboarding, coaching, and performance management
- Manage merchandising strategies to optimize product placement, pricing, and inventory levels for maximum sales
- Oversee payroll processing, cash handling, and bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract customers and enhance store visibility within the community
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and motivate staff toward achieving sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience

Requirements





- Proven supervising experience in retail management or related fields with strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities preferred for diverse customer engagement
- Demonstrated expertise in sales management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities
- Experience with recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and payroll
- Knowledge of cashiering procedures, cash handling protocols, and phone etiquette
- Ability to analyze sales data using math skills to inform purchasing decisions and optimize store performance
- Exceptional customer service orientation combined with effective negotiation skills and team management abilities
