Core Responsibilities
Act as the designated CxA / CxP / Compliance Authority per contract
Interpret commissioning scope within contractual and regulatory frameworks
Lead commissioning planning, sequencing, risk identification, and client-facing meetings
Coordinate Technical Specialists, Field Commissioning Specialists,



and Cx Admin/Ops Support
Perform or oversee commissioning field reviews during construction and issue Field Observation Reports as required
Review, challenge, approve, and take accountability for commissioning documentation and results
Manage commissioning-related communication with owners, consultants, and contractors
Ensure deficiencies, issues, and risks are documented and closed

Required Capabilities
Robust systems-level understanding of building mechanical, electrical, controls, safety/security, and communications systems
Ability to evaluate and direct technical work performed by others
Comfortable managing multiple projects without micromanagement
Sound judgment under schedule and client pressure
