Senior Project Coordinator to coordinate testing activities and program delivery

Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator (10+ years) to coordinate testing activities and program delivery using Azure DevOps and Aladdin

Join a large-scale investment platform transformation supporting the implementation of Aladdin within a delivery-focused Transformation Office. This role oversees testing coordination across SIT, UAT, parallel runs, and data reconciliation while supporting integrated program tracking and stakeholder reporting. The position works closely with internal teams and a system integrator to help keep the program aligned to delivery timelines and quality expectations.

Contract, Toronto, Onsite, Working Hours: EST

Must Haves

- 8-10+ years in project coordination or project management on large transformation programs
- Testing coordination across SIT , UAT , parallel runs , and data validation
- Hands-on use of Azure DevOps for test tracking , defect management , and dashboards




- Smartsheet , MS Project , Excel , and PowerPoint

Nice to Have

- Experience with investment platforms including Aladdin, SimCorp, or Bloomberg
- Background in consulting environments, including Big 4 firms

Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end testing activities across SIT, UAT, parallel runs, and data validation
- Track testing progress, defects, and issue resolution activities
- Run defect triage meetings and follow up on resolution status
- Maintain the Integrated Program Plan (IPP)
- Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across the program
- Provide updates on progress, risks, issues, and testing status
- Work with internal teams, business stakeholders, and Deloitte to support delivery alignment
