This dynamic, growing organization is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Credit Agen t.This position is a great opportunity to build on existing customer service skills as well as to learn consumer credit profile decision-making. Fine tune your multi-tasking abilities, while developing your communication and problem-solving skills. You'll also be able to use both French and English languages daily in this fantastic team environment.





Key responsibilities of the position include:

- Support approvers in the analysis of credit files;
- Inbound/outbound calls to complete customer files;
- Responding to customer calls and emails;
- Data entry of customer files;
- Credit adjudication (training provided)
- Providing superior professional service to valued clients;
- Working four days per week from the office, one day from home;
- Weekend shifts on rotation, one weekend shift per month;
- Growing company
- Positive environment with 9:30-11:30 am start time to 5:30-7:30 pm shifts.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

- Fluent in both English and F
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills, quick thinker;
- Positive individual with very good attention to detail;
- Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment;
