A leading commercial builder is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join its growing operations team in Calgary.

As Superintendent, you will take ownership of site operations from project start-up through completion, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site construction activities and daily operations
Coordinate trades, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders
Drive project schedules and proactively address site challenges
Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
Lead site meetings and provide regular project updates




Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contract documents and company standards

Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
Proven ability to manage schedules, trades, and project execution
Solid leadership and communication skills
Thorough understanding of construction methods, drawings, and specifications
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
