In this role, you'll be integral to the Hearings Office, providing legal expertise to support decision
making and procedural guidance.
Your work will involve reviewing submissions, conducting research, and preparing legal documentation for various hearings.
You are expected to maintain strict impartiality while working to upholding justice standards within the capital markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the hearing process support
Advise panels on legal matters and research
Draft legal memoranda and review submissions
Facilitate regulatory decision-making recommendations
Collaborate on organizational priorities and projects Requirements:
Law Degree (LL.B.
or J.D.) with positive standing
5+ years of regulatory or litigation experience
Comprehensive understanding of administrative law
Proven written and verbal communication skills
