We are seeking an experienced SAP P2P Lead Consultant for an immediate contract prospect.

The consultant will lead Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities within an SAP environment, working closely with business stakeholders to support procurement, inventory, vendor management, and invoice processing functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on SAP MM and procurement expertise, combined with experience in distribution or wholesale distribution environments.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 weeks initially, with potential extension

Work Mode : % remote

Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) functional activities and support business operations
Work closely with procurement, supply chain, warehouse, and finance stakeholders
Configure and support SAP MM processes including purchasing, inventory management, and invoice verification
Manage procurement workflows including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and vendor invoicing
Support vendor management and procurement optimization initiatives
Assist with MRP planning and inventory replenishment processes




Configure and support serial number management and subcontracting processes
Support warranty-related business processes within SAP
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide production support
Conduct workshops, testing, defect resolution, and user support
Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams including Finance and Supply Chain

Must Haves
Solid experience as an SAP P2P / SAP MM Consultant
Expertise in:
SAP MM
Procurement & Purchasing
Invoice Verification
Vendor Management
MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
Serial Number Management
Subcontracting
Warranty Processes
Experience supporting end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes
Robust understanding of SAP integration with Finance/AP functions
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments is considered an asset

Nice to Have
Industry experience in Distribution or Wholesale Distribution strongly preferred
French is considered an asset
