Planning & Resource Optimization Manager (Americas)

Location: Remote within Canada

Compensation: Up to CAD $115,000

We're seeking an experienced operational leader to transform planning, workforce optimization, and service delivery across a complex, fast-paced organization serving customers throughout the Americas.

This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll partner with senior leaders, lead a team of approximately 15 professionals, and use data, technology, and continuous improvement to improve operational performance, customer experience, and business results.

What You'll Do:

You'll lead planning and resource optimization across multiple countries by:
Developing workforce planning and resource optimization strategies
Balancing customer demand, capacity, and workforce utilization
Leading a high-performing planning team while coaching and developing talent
Driving operational excellence through process improvement and automation
Using data and analytics to improve decision-making and operational performance
Partnering with Operations, Sales, Technical, and Customer Success leaders to solve complex business challenges




Identifying risks before they impact customers and implementing proactive solutions

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for someone who has:
7+ years of experience in operations, workforce planning, scheduling, resource optimization, or service delivery
3+ years leading and developing teams
Experience improving operational performance through process improvement and transformation initiatives
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience influencing senior leaders and working cross-functionally
Advanced Excel skills and experience with enterprise planning or workforce management systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
