Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse civil and commercial litigation practice.
Represent clients before the courts and administrative tribunals.
Draft proceedings, motions, legal opinions, and settlement agreements.
Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
Attend examinations, mediations, settlement conferences, and court appearances.
Communicate regularly with clients while providing practical, business-oriented legal advice.
Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues on complex litigation matters.
Qualifications
Member in valuable standing of the Barreau du Québec.
Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
2+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience (more senior candidates are encouraged to apply)
Robust drafting, advocacy, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and client relationship abilities.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
