Lead the Maintenance department at Saskatoon Co-op as the Maintenance Manager. Oversee daily operations, preventative maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards across all buildings.

Reporting to the Vice President of Asset Protection, this managerial position handles the maintenance for both owned and leased buildings. Responsibilities include coordinating work orders, developing preventative maintenance plans, and managing tool inventory.

You will also work closely with various teams to address safety concerns and support operations in projects and expansions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Maintenance department
Coordinate work orders for Saskatoon Co-op properties
Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans




Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
Ensure compliance with safety regulations for fleet vehicles

Requirements:
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
Journeyman Trade status preferred
Over 7 years supervisory experience in Facilities management
Robust organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
