Responsibilities

Modernize HR programs through technology solutions, automation and emerging AI to create intuitive and productive experiences.
Use data, insights and external trends to continuously assess, evolve and improve program effectiveness.
Apply robust analytical capability to identify trends and insights to inform decision-making.
