The Centre for Education in Mathematics & Computing (CEMC) at the University of Waterloo is seeking an Outreach Events Specialist to manage planning, logistics and execution of in-person and virtual events, including workshops, conferences, and visits.
You will oversee budgets from $10,000 to $50,000 per event, coordinate with faculty, staff, students, volunteers and partners, and ensure events meet brand standards, safety guidelines, and deadlines.
