Strategic Sourcing Manager – MRO & Indirect Categories Strategic Sourcing Manager This role will manage a small, focused team — including a Buyer — to deliver value through strategic supplier relationships, effective contract negotiations, and continuous improvement in procurement processes. You will be responsible for the full sourcing lifecycle for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) and other indirect spend categories, ensuring cost efficiency, supplier performance, and alignment with business objectives. Lead and mentor a Buyer to ensure optimal purchasing performance.

Conduct supplier market analysis, evaluation, and selection to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

Manage ongoing supplier relationships, including performance reviews and corrective action plans.

Collaborate with internal teams to forecast needs, reduce total cost of ownership, and mitigate supply chain risks.





Identify and execute opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.

Solid understanding of sourcing best practices, supplier evaluation, and market analysis.

Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
