Our client, a private equity backed leader in the business services sector, is undergoing major transformation. Pivoting from a traditional human capital intensive service model to a high margin, technology enabled multi-service platform. We are seeking a high-caliber financial strategist to serve as the primary architect for this evolution.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will bridge the gap between finance, corporate development, and product strategy. If you enjoy the technical depth of FP&A; and financial modelling but thrive in the “organized chaos” of a major business transformation, this role might just be perfect for you!
Direct exposure with the CFO, CEO and Private Equity board members
Largely remote, with one day a week in office
Competitive base, bonus, and total rewards program
Transformation Architecture: Design the financial blueprints for our shift to a tech-enabled platform. Design sophisticated pricing frameworks for digital offerings, ensuring market competitiveness and margin health.
M&A; & Deal Leadership: Act as the financial lead for the full transaction lifecycle—from initial due diligence and Quality of Earnings assessment to synergy modeling and post-close integration.
Strategic Insights: Create high-impact KPIs and predictive dashboards that help the CEO and PE sponsors make data-driven pivots.
CPA designated qualified preferred (will also consider MBA, CFA or related)
Proven experience and mastery of financial modelling with an ability to extract and manipulate data within EPM systems
