This is a full-time, hybrid position that offers the flexibility to work from home.

What You'll Do:

Innovative Sourcing: Use your creativity to source candidates through our website, social media, and job boards, attracting top talent.

Matchmaking: Through our comprehensive recruitment process, match qualified candidates with the perfect permanent job opportunities for our clients.

Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with HCR Managers and participate in regular virtual meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer service to both our internal and external clients, ensuring a positive experience for all.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience is required.

Skills: Strong recruitment skills with a keen attention to detail.

Flexibility:



Ability to work outside regular business hours as needed.

Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving skills with an exceptional ability to multi-task.

Organization: Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Urgency: A sense of urgency, quality, and detail-oriented approach.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Tech-Savvy: Computer literacy to work in a Microsoft 365 environment and ATS system.

Preference will be given to those with Manufacturing and Industrial recruitment experience.

Compensation:

This position allows for uncapped potential commissions, with the security of a long standing staffing agency.
