In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring all aspects of retrofit completion and cert renewals in testing environments. Your collaboration with project managers and QA leads will ensure high-quality outcomes for Self Serve bundles.

Excellence in communication and issue resolution is key.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily retrofits and certificate health checks
Support setting management to explicit blockers
Update project teams on retrofit progress
Manage the certificate renewal process
Resolve environment-related challenges effectively

Requirements:
5+ years of QA and testing experience
Strong grasp of test environments and configurations
Familiar with SDLC and Agile best practices
Knowledge of CMMI and ISO frameworks
Degree in Computer Engineering or relevant field
