Bilingual Attorney (EN/FR) – Remote This is a 100% remote role, and you must be physically located in Canada. In this role, you will join a project team supporting product liability class actions and mass tort matters offering the prospect to work on large scale high profile legal matters.

This is a substantive legal role offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative, quick-paced remote environment alongside experienced legal professionals. Candidates must be physically located in Canada and licensed to practice law in at least one Canadian jurisdiction.

About the Role

In this role, you will join a project team supporting product liability class actions and mass tort matters offering the opportunity to work on large scale high profile legal matters.

Responsibilities
Review and analyze claim documentation with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Support case management activities in collaboration with project leadership and legal team members
Participate in a mandatory one-week paid training program Training Schedule: 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Maintain professional and client-focused communication standards




Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Qualifications
Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
JD or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution (Foreign law degrees will be considered)
Active law license in positive standing in at least one Canadian province or territory
Litigation experience preferred
Experience with class actions and/or mass tort matters considered an asset
Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Professional, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach

Pay range and compensation package

Pay: $60.00 per hour
