Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial operations for current construction projects
Support budgeting, job costing, and financial forecasting




Monitor WIP reporting and project cash flow
Coordinate progress billings and subcontractor payments
Collaborate with project and operations leadership for insights

Requirements:
5+ years in financial leadership within construction
Mandatory Jonas Construction Software experience
Robust grasp of job costing and financial management
Previous exposure to ICI or design-build construction preferred
Solid organizational and communication skills
