With a solid pipeline of work throughout Southwestern Ontario, they’re looking to add a Site Coordinator to their dynamic site team. This is a field-based role (on-site trailer), ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the action and contributing directly to successful project delivery.
All travel-related costs, including accommodations and expenses, are fully covered by the employer.

Managing site documentation, such as delivery slips, pour sheets, and inspection records
Supporting material procurement by preparing requisitions and tracking deliveries
Coordinating with subcontractors and assisting with on-site logistics
Capturing progress through site photography and updates for reporting purposes
Helping maintain project files and ensuring documentation is accurate and timely
Participating in site meetings, recording minutes, and supporting safety compliance
Reviewing and distributing shop drawings and assisting with technical paperwork
Acting as a key support for the Superintendent, Project Managers and forepersons in all administrative functions
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
At least 2 years of experience in a civil, commercial or industrial construction workplace
Comfortable working in a site trailer setting, with a hands-on and adaptable mindset
Proficiency with project tools and systems, especially Microsoft Project
Clear, qualified communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Highly organized with solid attention to detail and a sense of urgency
Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly throughout Southwestern Ontario (with expenses covered)
Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000
