As an Engineering Lead, you will oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring that all deliverables meet customer specifications and organizational goals. Your expertise will drive improvements through technical guidance, project risk evaluation, and integration of new design initiatives. Collaboration with vendors and stakeholders will be key to achieving engineering excellence and achieving project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review customer specifications to propose approved alternatives
• Manage Current Design Integration projects with SMART goals




• Provide technical leadership on Engineering Change Notifications
• Coordinate the tracking of approval drawings with customers
• Support mentorship and performance management within teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years in engineering or project leadership
• Advanced project management and technical capabilities
• Robust proficiency in engineering tools like NX and Teamcenter
• Ability to travel within Canada and the US
