In this pivotal role at UHN, you will report directly to the Director of Data Architecture & Enablement. You’ll oversee teams managing the Data Intelligence Hub, ensuring they meet organizational data governance and operational objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing Microsoft Fabric capabilities and fostering a high-performance team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage team accountability and set performance standards
Facilitate recruitment and training initiatives for staff development
Coordinate workload based on priorities and capacity




Provide coaching and documentation practices guidance
Ensure support for operational programming and incident responses
Requirements:
10+ years of relevant management experience required
Bachelor’s degree in a related area;
Master’s is an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Fabric;
Informatica experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional teams
Familiarity with healthcare systems is a plus
