Trademark Industries Inc. is seeking a candidate to join our team as an Executive Assistant. This role is responsible for providing support to the Vice President.

Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation of standard correspondence.
Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
Answer and manage incoming calls while acting as the point of contact between executives and internal or external colleagues.
Receive and interact with incoming visitors.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
Prepare reports
Arrange travel and accommodations for multiple executives
Manage Expenses
Implement company policies
Liaise with internal staff as required
Set up meeting room/lunch and refreshments for meetings as required.
Manage personal duties as required.
Qualifications:
Excellent time management skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Very solid typing/transcribing skills – ability to type over 80 WPM and type with dictation.
Ability to organize and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual is an asset
Requirements:
Must have a reliable vehicle with a valid G license.
Must be able to work Sundays and overtime as requested
