Key Responsibilities:
Select and educate preceptors for placement support
Provide clinical orientation for recent nurses
Arrange mandatory education and training workshops




Implement the educational plan alongside the Care and Services Manager
Deliver specialized PSS training programs

Requirements:
Registered Nurse in positive standing with licensing
3 to 5 years of experience in adult education
Experience as a Registered Nurse in community settings
Solid presentation and critical thinking skills
Valid driver's license for district travel
